Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please read the description, dimensions and materials carefully before ordering.
Final sale
All pieces are final sale. Because each item is a unique, handmade artwork made from delicate materials — including resin, eco-resin, gypsum and gold leaf — returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size preference, or color variation.
One-of-a-kind character
Variations in colour, surface texture, pattern, small bubbles and organic form are natural to the handmade process and are not considered defects. What makes each piece unique is also what makes it yours.
Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, please email the studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. I will work with you to make it right — either by repair, replacement when possible, or refund.
How to report damage
Contact the studio through the Contact page with your order number, photos of the damage, and any details about the condition of the box on arrival. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
